To ensure that we are still capable of replacing the design you have ordered, you must check your order immediately for quality, quantity, and sizes, and notify us within 10 days of receipt if there is a problem.
Exchange orders will be shipped or refunds issued when the original merchandise is received. Please include your RA number with all returns to avoid delays. If you need a replacement order sooner, you can charge the replacement to your credit card for fast shipment, and your return items will be refunded when we receive them.
